NTHK visiting Erbil Thalassemia Association

 In pursuit of helping needy people where ever they are, our Dutch Humanitarian organization NTHK (Netherlands Today Helping Kurdistan Iraq) visited the temporary branch of Erbil Thalassemia Association in Ankawa 108. This association is specialized in treating Thalassemia children from all Iraqi regions. NTHK provided clothes and shoes for more than 40 children. NTHK wishes that children all over the world live in joy and good health.

*Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder caused when the body doesn’t make enough hemoglobin, an important part of red blood cells. people with thalassemia may have mild of severe anemia. Severe anemia can damage organs and lead to death.
