Board composition
The NTHK Foundation has a board that is responsible for managing the assets. The board consists of three persons, namely a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer.
Chairman
Mr M.C. Croiset has been appointed as chairman as of August 25, 2021.
Secretaris
Mr E.E. Kuisch has been appointed as secretary as of 25 August 2021.
Penningmeester
Mr J. Oudshoorn has been appointed as treasurer as of 25 August 2021.

Remuneration policy
In principle, the board members do not receive any remuneration for their board activities. Reimbursements can be submitted in consultation for expenses incurred and not excessive attendance fees.
