First: We provide support to children, including those with thalassemia and chronic diseases, as well as children detained with their mothers in women’s and children’s prisons, and those in orphanages. We organize celebrations, offer gifts, and provide food to these children on special occasions, helping to alleviate the financial burden on their families.

Second: We coordinate assistance for various groups, such as:

– Residents of Dar al-Ajaza,
– Women and children in prisons .
– orphanage
_ Shelter Centre is a specialized center in Erbil that focuses on safeguarding women’s rights and offers refuge to women facing violence from their families. Women from various regions, including southern Iraq and other governorates, seek assistance here due to the lack of similar facilities in the Iraqi government system. The center functions like a shelter, providing protection, food, and necessary supplies such as clothing and personal items. Typically housing around 100 to 150 women, they often arrive through referrals from the court or police. Our organization has also supported these women by providing clothes, special needs items, and food baskets, and we continue to assist them.
This initiative is supported by the Ministry of Social Affairs in Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq.
Third: We assist refugee families living in Erbil, including those dependent on the United Nations, by providing food aid and other essential materials. We also help refugees in camps and displaced persons from other Iraqi governorates residing in Erbil, easing their financial burdens.

Fourth: NTHK collaborates directly with experts and community leaders to aid impoverished groups by providing clothing and food. We continue to offer support during religious occasions such as Christmas, Eid al-Fitr, and Eid al-Adha.

Fifth: In coordination with official government offices in Erbil, we have opened a playground for children at the national identity card office, under the office of the mayor of Ankawa and the Directorate of Citizenship and Civil Affairs in Erbil. This playground is fully equipped for children’s entertainment. Our organization plans and executes these activities in partnership with the Erbil Governorate and several ministries within the Government of Erbil, Kurdistan of Iraq. The Dutch Consul General is also aware of these activities.

Sixth: Helping people addicted to drugs is provided in coordination with the Kurdistan Regional Government in Iraq so that they can return to their normal lives.

NTHK remains dedicated to conducting charitable work for all segments of society in need
